LocalFork digitizes the annual Chamber of Commerce coupon book. Your community still buys it. Local businesses still fill it. They still honor it in-store. But now it lives on every buyer's phone, redeems with a scan, and gives you the redemption data you've never had.
Organizations everywhere still sell a printed coupon book to raise money — chambers of commerce, churches, schools, booster clubs, youth groups, nonprofits — and your community is happy to pay $30 for $5,000 in local savings. The model is proven. But the paper is starting to show its age — printing costs eat into the margin, books sell out, mid-year fixes are impossible, and you never really know if anyone uses the deals inside.
LocalFork keeps everything that works and removes everything that doesn't.
Pick your web address (e.g. yourgroup.localfork.vip), upload your logo, set your price. Live in ten minutes.
Each business gets its own login. They build and edit their own deals; you approve them with one click. Free for them — great local exposure.
Standard $30 (or whatever you set). Stripe handles checkout. The money lands in your bank account — LocalFork takes a small, transparent cut.
Buyers show a rotating QR code at the register. Staff scan it with any phone, mark it used, done. You see exactly which deals get used, when, and where.
LocalFork is free to start — no setup fee, no charge to your local businesses, no annual contract. We take a small, transparent percentage of each book your community buys, so we only win when you do. (A small annual fee applies after your first year.)
LocalFork is a software platform that lets any community organization — a chamber of commerce, church, school, booster club, youth group, or nonprofit — sell a digital coupon book to their community as a fundraiser. Local businesses upload their own deals free of charge, supporters buy and redeem on their phones, and you get real redemption data for the first time.
Same fundraiser model, no paper. Your organization still sells the book to your community for around $30. Local businesses still contribute deals for free as great exposure. The difference: deals live on buyers' phones, redeem with a QR scan at the register, and you can see exactly which ones get used. Deals can also be added or fixed mid-year, which is impossible on paper.

Buyers tap a deal in their digital wallet, which shows a unique rotating QR code. The business scans it with any smartphone using LocalFork's built-in scanner. The system validates the code on the server, marks the deal used (single-use is enforced at the database level), and records the redemption — giving you real-time data.
No. Each business logs in to its own dashboard, writes its deal description, picks a category, and submits for approval. It looks like filling out a form. You approve with one click, and the deal goes live.
No. Each buyer's deal QR is a unique signed token, the QR rotates every 90 seconds (so a screenshot becomes worthless), and the database enforces single-use redemption at the constraint level. A double-scan can't slip through, even under concurrent attempts.
Yes. Many organizations run both during the transition year. A printable PDF of the current digital book is on the roadmap.
Your organization. LocalFork stores and processes data on your behalf, but the supporter relationships and redemption analytics belong to you.
From signup to a live storefront with the first deal: under an hour. Technical setup is about ten minutes. The rest is collecting deals from your local businesses.
We're booking demos for organizations planning their next coupon book — chambers, churches, schools, booster clubs, and nonprofits. The earlier you start, the more polished your launch.
